Friday: Rush Bootcamp @ Higinbotham Park 5:15 am

Saturday: Riff Raff Bootcamp @ Bill and Ann Miller Park Bootcamp 6:30 am (Extra Credit Ruck at 5:45am)

Sunday: Ruck ’em  Ruck @ Lubbock Regional Public Safety Memorial 5:15 am

The Three F's

Fitness (1st F): Free Outdoor Workouts Five Days per Week. Not in shape?  No problem.  Workouts are geared toward all fitness levels. 

Fellowship (2nd F): A community of men outside of family and work devoted to showing up better at home and in the Lubbock Community.

Faith (3rd F): A belief that we are all a part of something greater than ourselves even if its just the man working out next to you.

Do something right now that will put you on track to be the man you want to be when you are 70 years old. Lay out your sneakers, set your alarm, and join us tomorrow morning!
